Modules through which 100 Actual Leaning Hours (ALH) can be acquired are given below :

SEMINARS - Four Classroom Seminars on different topics (10.00 AM to 5.00 PM) in selected RCs/Chapters |

- Seminars (not more than 4) will be organized on different topics in selected Regional Council/ Chapters/ Centres. For Seminar schedule and locations refer Seminar page of ICMAT section.
- Students are free to attend the Seminar in any of Regional Council/Chapter/Centre
- ALH will be credited based on the Attendance provided by RC/Chapter/Centre.
- Each Seminar will be of 6 ALH. Maximum 24 ALH can be acquired by attending four Seminars

WEBINARS - Webinars (live/recorded) on daily basis |

- Schedule of webinars (live and recorded webinar) will be displayed in the webinar page of ICMAT Section. Only students registered (maximum 200) for that particular day seminar only can watch the live webinar.
- Live Webinars of 2 hrs. duration will be arranged on all Working days (except Saturday/Sunday/Holiday)
- Each Webinar (live or recorded) viewed is entitled for 2 ALH.
- You have to register for the live webinar each day, link of the same will be provided at 10.00 am on the day of the webinar. Only 200 students can be registered for live webinar each day. Recorded version of the Webinar will also be available on the website the next day where any number of students can view the same. The students who have once viewed the live webinar will NOT be allowed to view the recorded version of the same webinar.
- The Accumulated Learning Hours (ALH) will be credited after your completely viewing the webinar which will be automatically credited in your account.
- For viewing the webinar, you would require a computer system with internet facility along with headphone/ speaker for listening the webinar.
- Queries can be raised during the webinar only through chat mode. Students are advised to use the Chat Mode only for raising query with the speaker or giving answer to the query of the speaker. Students chatting among themselves must be avoided as it create disturbance in the session.

i) PROJECT WORK/ CASE STUDY (MAXIMUM FIVE PROJECTS) |

- The topics/ questions on which project/case studies can be prepared are available on the website. One can submit the project on not more than 5 Topics.
- Subject to approval of the Project, Each project carries 10 ALH. So maximum ALH earned by submitting 5 projects is 50 ALH. All questions need to be attempted for each topic selected
- Different files to be prepared for different Topics indicating the Name and Registration Number of the student on the top of the file.
- Different files/projects then to be converted into PDF file and up loaded separately i.e. five projects to be converted into five separate PDF files and then uploaded.
- ALH will be credited subject to approval of the project by the evaluator.

| ii) CERTIFICATE - Upload Certificate for Summer training already completed by students as part of their Under Graduate and Post Graduate course or hands on training with companies/ Practicing Cost Accountants (15 days to 6 months) |

- Experience Certificate can be uploaded in case the student has undergone summer training as part of Under Graduate and Post Graduate course or hands on training with any Company/Practicing Cost Accountants for a period 15 days to 6 months.
- Article-ship training under a Chartered Accountant will not be accepted /approved under the above module. However, experience certificate of the employee of a Chartered Accountant firm is acceptable.
- ALH will be credited subject to approval of the project by the evaluator

| Important to Note: You will be able to view your total ALH on or after 30th November, 2015. It is therefore suggested to keep a track of your ALH by yourself and accordingly attend the programme/ submit case study or experience certificate. |
