  • Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) (2024–2029)

    ICMAI will introduce courses on Fundamentals of Cost Accounting, Introduction of GST, Introduction to Management Accounting and allied Courses. IITM through NPTEL will develop self-paced courses for ICMAI Students/Members, NPTEL will provide LMS support for ICMAI Courses.

  • IGNOU (2022–2027)
    Focus:

    To promote excellence in academics, research, and training through a MOU. The aim is to develop a joint curriculum development for academic and continuing education programmes. To Conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes and enable credit transfer for ICMAI students for completed courses.

  • VANAMATI (2022–2027)
    Focus:

    The objective is to carry out collaborative research missions in the areas of Agriculture, Economics and Cost Management etc. Exchange of academic knowledge, course material, research publication and other academic and research inputs. Further to organise National and International Seminars, conferences and workshops for teaching faculties, practicing professionals, research scholars and students Collaborative research in agriculture & cost management.

  • INDUS (2022–2027
    Focus:

    The main objective is to conduct sessions on career paths in the domain of Finance and give career guidance to utilise the strength gained with SAP skills. Further to conduct Orientation programs for Contact centres and trainers/teachers on the vast spectrum of roles that have open-up for finance professionals in ERP domain and how SAP is making it possible.

    Activities:

    Reaching out to top Corporates, Financial Institutions, Colleges and Professional training centres to educate them on ICMAI and SAP courses. Creating Internship models with Indus member companies free of cost for students to work post SAP certification. This will give students a live flavour of the subject and its implementation through SAP in live scenarios.

  • JAIN University (2022–2027)
    Focus:

    Facilitate the pursuance of Ph.D. program by members of ICAI at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) and recognise CMA qualification for the specific purpose of registration of Ph.D. program.

    Activities:

    Joint organisation of national and international seminars, conferences, workshops, training programs and other academic programs for practicing professionals, teaching faculty, research scholars and students etc.

  • KISS University (2022–2027)
    Focus:

    Joint workshops, curriculum development, study centre.

    Activities:

    Reciprocate participation in National and International Conferences organised by the parties hereto. Extend help and co-operation in developing curriculum of academic and Continuing Education Programs. Share facilities like infrastructure, library, reading room, etc., as may be mutually agreed.

  • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (2021-2026)
    Focus:

    ICMAI Associate I Fellow members with 5 years of work experience – 9 exemptions. They will be required to complete the exam of only 4 papers at the professional level (2 Essential papers and any two papers from options).

    ICMAI passed finalist and ICMAI Associate members with less than 5 years of work experience - 7 exemptions. They will be required to complete the exam of 2 papers from Fundamental level plus 4 papers at the professional level (2 Essential papers and any two papers from options).
