Ministry of Corporate Affairs has invited comments/suggestions along with justifications on Draft Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.
It is requested to all CMA colleagues to share their valuable comments/suggestions, if any, on the draft rules. In order to avoid repetition/duplication of comments/ suggestions, the members are requested to route their suggestions through the Institute by sending at pd@icmai.in latest by 20/06/2017.
