Ministry of Corporate Affairs invites Comments/ Suggestions on the draft Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2020. Last Date for submission of Suggestions is March 28, 2020. For details please visit http://feedapp.mca.gov.in/csr/

You are requested to submit the suggestions/ comments on the draft rules along with justifications in the following format at pd@icmai.in latest by March 24, 2020 so that these comments/ suggestions may be collated and the consolidated suggestions/ comments may be submitted by the Institute to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs before the last date.
