Mr. Rajeev Mehrotra is the Chairman and Managing Director [CMD] of RITES Ltd, which is a Mini-Ratna Schedule 'A' company of the Union government under the Ministry of Railways.
He carries rich professional experience in the areas of infrastructure, project appraisal, finance, investments and risk management. He has also received advanced training in the area of 'Financial Management in Power Utilities' from Stanford University, USA. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India [ICMAI]. He was also conferred with the 'ICON of the Year' award by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Mr. Amarjit Singh Chandhiok is a distinguished Indian Senior Advocate practising in the Supreme Court and High Courts in India. He was president of Delhi High Court Bar Association for six terms, which is a record. A former Additional Solicitor General of India, Amarjit was also Principal Counsel to the European Union Commission from August 2013 to March 2016.
He is currently the President of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, which position he occupied five times earlier, the first being in 1998. He is currently also, apart from being on the board of various Law Associations, academic and other institutions:

• "Outstanding Jurist – 2000" by J.N. Kaushal Jurisprudence Centre, New Delhi.
• Award for rendering meritorious legal services from Delhi Citizens' Forum for Civil Rights in 2002.
• The National Law Day Award-2006, from the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, for the contribution made in the practice of Civil Law.
• The "Leader in the Profession – Leader of the Bar Award-2007" from the Bar Council of Delhi, in March 2007 (first time the Bar Council, a statutory body under the Advocates Act, has conferred this award).
• "Sikh of the Year 2010" by Sikh Forum International, London, UK.

Mr. Brian McEnery is the Global President of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is one of the country's leading insolvency practitioners with over 15 years specialised experience and has been involved with numerous high profile cases and clients.
Brian has held a number of directorships including semi-state companies. He specialises in healthcare consulting and corporate recovery.
He has held a vast range of insolvency positions, including examiner, receiver manager and liquidator. He has dealt with various technical and emerging issues in his preparation and submission of liquidator’s reports to the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement under Section 56 and S150 declarations.
Brian regularly undertakes a variety of assignments on behalf of clients in the healthcare sector. In 2009 and 2010 he worked with over 70 nursing homes preparing a cost model for each nursing home and negotiated rates with the National Treatment Purchase Fund for long term care. In 2007 Brian completed a Fair Price Calculation Model for Ireland on behalf of Age Action Ireland and published the Cost of Care Report, Ireland’s first authoritative Cost of Care Model for long term care in residential settings.
Brian is a Director of the Limerick Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Foundation Body of Limerick Institute of Technology. He is the Chairperson of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA).
Brian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Brian is a member of the Consultative Committee of Accounting Bodies - Ireland (CCAB-I (Insolvency)), a member of the London Court of Arbitration, a member of the Turnaround Management Association and The Institute for Turnaround.

Dr. Simrit Kaur is presently the Principal of Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Prior to this Dr. Kaur was at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, where she taught courses such as 'The Economic Theory of a Firm', 'Macro Economics' and 'Public Policy Reforms'.
She supervises research scholars in areas like Development Economics, Environmental Economics and Disinvestment and Mergers & Acquisitions. Nominated by the Indian Council of Cultural Relations, she has been a 'Visiting Professor' at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and a 'Visiting Scholar' at Kingston University, London. She has participated in the International Teachers Program at the Kellogg School of Business, Chicago.
Mrs. Simrit Kaur has been an advisor to Institutions such as Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, both of the Government of India, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), International Fund for Agricultural Development and The Food and Agriculture Organization.
In addition, she has presented several papers at national and international conferences.

Mr. Ramesh Subramanyam is the Chief Financial Officer of TATA POWER CO LTD. He has over 20 years of varied experience in finance, commercial, accounting and corporate management with leading multinational companies like Unilever, Monsanto and Siemens. Before joining Tata Power, he worked as an Assistant Vice President of Global Corporate Treasury of Siemens AG. He is also on the board of other Tata Power Group Companies namely Maithon Power Limited and Indian Energy Limited. He has been a Director of Tata Power Solar Systems Limited, Bhira Investments Limited and Bhivpuri Investments Limited since .He serves as a Director at Industrial Energy Limited and Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited. He also served as a Director of Tata Power Trading Company Limited; Dugar Hydro Power Limited from December 17, 2012 to May 28, 2014 and PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (alternate name: PT Itamaraya Tbk). He is a Member of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) & Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also passed the Certified Public Accountants examination of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
