Pursuant to implementation of IndAS, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs proposed to amend the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules 2014 to bring parity between financial records and cost records.
Accordingly, the Draft Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Amendment Rules, 2017 have been placed on the Ministry’s website www.mca.gov.in for suggestions/ comments.
Suggestions/ comments on the draft rules along with justifications in brief have been invited by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs latest by 26/08/2017.
In view of above, the Institute invites comments/ suggestions from all stakeholders latest by 23rd August 2017 so that these comments/ suggestions may be collated and the consolidated suggestions/ comments may be submitted by the Institute to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs before the last date.
