Relative -- cell reference will change as row or column is changed
Absolute reference-- cell reference will remain constant. Cell number will not get changed

Importing data from other sources----
Data tab-- get & Transform the data
1) Excel as a source-- Load--Load data in new sheet, Load too-- Load data in same sheet
2) Text/CSV as a source--
	1) Connect to data source--
	2) Transform Data-- +91982356786543
	3) Load data
**** Refreshing data in excel if source data gets changed
Data-- Queries & Connection-- select Connection- Right click-- Check box of refresh option
When source data changes, it reflects in imported data file
